An Audience with Lynn Ruth Miller AN AUDIENCE WITH LYNN RUTH MILLER combines childhood memories from the thirties and forties with poignant biographical stories tinged with Miller’s wry humor and off-the-wall takes on life.

Lynn Ruth Miller’s storytelling shows left Edinburgh to entertain enthusiastic audiences in San Francisco’s Off Market Theater in the fall of 2006, and continued to enchant lovers of the spoken word at a variety of venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, culminating in her Sunday Night Spring Storytelling Series at the Red Vic Peace Café in that city’s famed Haight Ashbury district. It has since been part of the San Francisco Theater Festival in 2007 and Words First, a storytelling series at Counter Pulse in San Francisco.

"A perfect mix of meaningful laughs and moving affection presented by a truly believable performer,” says The Edinburgh Evening News of her 2006 performance.

Reviews of "The Other Side of the MIrror":

"Last year I went to see Lynn Ruth Miller as she reminisced about growing up with her Bobba. To my delight this year, she was performing three different shows at Club West, which is quite impressive for anyone, let alone a septuagenarian! At The Three Sisters, “An Audience With Lynn Ruth Miller” was more delightful anecdotes of her childhood and adolescence in America. This was equally as charming and witty as last year's show, with more of her eccentric family and friends making an appearance and imparting wisdom in that particular way that only Yidden can do!"

Julian Goodman

“When 72-year old Lynn Ruth Miller peeked out from behind the curtain, the twin discs of her hazel eyes and over- sized pearl earrings shining under the stage lights, I started to smile and didn’t stop for a good few hours later. It was a joy to listen to her, her enthusiasm for the simplicities and possibilities of life is infectious...”
